Why We Built This Firm

Why I Built The Jet Merchants.

Private aviation should be about relationships, expertise, and acting in the client’s best interest. Too often, experienced professionals are left navigating corporate decisions and shifting priorities instead.

Talented producers spend years earning a client’s trust — only to see those relationships put at risk by corporate policy changes, shifting compensation plans, and leadership decisions made primarily around profitability.

Sales professionals were routinely asked to sell products they didn’t fully believe in, and left to explain those decisions to clients who trusted them personally. We’re seeing that same cycle play out again right now.

I built The Jet Merchants to be a different kind of firm — one where experienced professionals can advise instead of sell, build equity in their own book of business, and work alongside other seasoned professionals without navigating internal politics.

The Jet Merchants Advisor Model

Advise. Don't Sell.

Ownership

Build Long-Term Client Equity

Run your own book of business, built on relationships you already own — not a company’s marketing list.

Model

A Fee-Based Advisory Practice

Advise clients instead of selling products. Operate on the same disclosed fee standard as the firm itself.

Scope

The Full Spectrum

Work across charter, jet cards, and ownership — with an emphasis on charter — instead of one product line.

This is not a charter brokerage where you’re left competing for web leads. It’s a boutique private aviation advisory platform where you leverage your experience and client relationships to represent your clients across the full spectrum of private aviation. We help clients make smarter buying decisions — and help advisors build something that’s actually theirs.

What This Offers

Built Around the Advisor, Not Just the Book.

The support of an established platform, with the independence to build a lasting advisory practice.

Compensation is structured around production, experience, and long-term equity. Specifics are shared in a direct, confidential conversation — not published on this page.

Who We’re Looking For

This Isn't for Everyone.
That's Intentional.

01

The Producer Who Owns the Relationship

You can responsibly manage 30–50 charter client relationships built on your own reputation — not a company’s marketing.

02

The Professional Ready to Leave the Politics Behind

You’re tired of shifting compensation plans, product mandates, and leadership decisions made around profitability instead of the client.

03

The Advisor Who Wants Real Equity

You want a defined path to partnership and profit sharing — not just a better commission split.

04

The Producer Ready for Autonomy

You want to build something that’s genuinely yours, with full back-office and technology support behind you.

All Discussions Remain Confidential

You've already done the hardest part — earning your clients' trust.

Now imagine operating in a structure where you can truly advise them, work across the entire market, and build a long-term business alongside other experienced professionals — while growing your own name in the industry.

No internal politics. No fighting for leads. Just your business.
