1. Charter Broker

Your authorization. The Jet Merchants may sign documents on your behalf to obtain Flight Services. Acts lawfully done by The Jet Merchants as your agent are binding on you as if done by you.
Carrier authority. All flights are operated by a U.S. 14 CFR Part 135 on-demand air carrier with FAA and DOT authority. The Carrier—not The Jet Merchants—has absolute discretion over aircraft preparation, load, routing, and flight cancellation.
Safety authority. The Pilot-in-Command may take any action necessary for safety, including rerouting, shortening, or terminating a flight.
No operational responsibility. The Jet Merchants provides the method to obtain the Carrier’s services but has no responsibility or liability for Flight Services provided by the Carrier.

2. Scheduling

Request requirements. Requests must include departure point, destination, date and time, passenger details (number, age, weight, names), luggage details, return flight details, and any other pertinent information.
Charter Quotes. The Jet Merchants provides a Charter Quote per the Client’s travel profile. To convert a quote into a reservation, Client must sign and return it (including electronically or via the online quote portal) within the required timeframe.
Carrier terms. By accepting a Charter Quote, Client agrees to abide by any additional Carrier terms, including the Carrier’s Contract of Carriage, which are incorporated into this Agreement.
Right to reject. The Jet Merchants expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any reservation request for any reason or no reason.

3. Charter Costs, Fees and Expenses

Dynamic pricing. The Charter Quote sets the price for each Trip. All pricing is dynamic; no pricing is guaranteed.

Domestic Trips are subject to federal excise tax and domestic segment tax. International Trips are subject to federal departure tax. Client indemnifies The Jet Merchants against such Taxes.
Final Trip Cost. Additional Expenses, Taxes, fees, and charges may be added to the Charter Quote or billed after the Trip, increasing the final Trip Cost. All are due and payable immediately upon completion of the Trip.
