Operator Certification: All flights arranged by The Jet Merchants are operated by independent, FAA Part 135 certified air carriers (or foreign equivalents) who maintain full operational control of the aircraft at all times.
Pricing & Booking: Quoted prices are estimates based on aircraft availability. Final pricing is explicitly confirmed at the time of booking and contract signing.
Disputes & Cancellations: Flight cancellations, delays, or disputes arising from operational control, weather, or mechanical issues are governed by the specific terms of the operating carrier’s charter agreement. The Jet Merchants is not liable for carrier-initiated cancellations or disputes.

Intellectual Property Rights All materials on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and designs) are the intellectual property of The Jet Merchants and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
