Not a Jet Card. Not a Membership.

The Jet Merchants is an independent, advisory firm on your side of the table. We provide direct-from-operator, wholesale cost-plus pricing and benchmark it against a fixed rate schedule derived from jet card programs and market norms. We split the spread with you, applying your share as an immediate discount on your invoice. The better we buy, the more you save against the benchmark.

Who we are

A partner on your side of the table.

Most private aviation companies sell a product. We help you decide what’s actually worth buying.

The Jet Merchants is an independent private aviation advisory. We do not own or operate aircraft, and we hold no fleet we are obligated to fill. That single fact reshapes the entire relationship: on every trip you take, our interests and yours are already aligned. Think of us as your in-house sourcing team — your charter buyer for hire.

Traditional providers sell to you. A fractional program has shares to place, a jet card has hours to move, an operator has a specific set of tails to keep flying. Each carries an incentive that competes, quietly, with yours. Our model does the opposite. We sit on the same side of the table rather than across it, source the whole market on your behalf, present operator-direct pricing, and let you approve the exact aircraft for each mission. We aren’t forced to prioritize aircraft, operators, or outcomes, so we can select and present the ones that serve you best.

0 obligation to any fleet or provider
1 named advisor who learns your preferences, your airports, and your standards
24/7 concierge and trip-support coverage behind your dedicated advisor

We are in this together. We buy charter together, in the open market.

Experience Matters. You Should Know & Trust Who You Work With.

The market you are navigating

Stop playing private jet roulette.

Most of private aviation runs on pressure. A salesperson pushes you toward one program, one card, one option — convinced, or convincing you, that it’s the best fit, when the reality is that no single option is the right answer for every trip you take. Lock yourself into one, and you leave efficiencies on the table and end up with a product that creates gaps between what you bought and the way you actually fly.

We don’t force a decision. We start by understanding your real flight profile — the routes you fly, how often, how far, and what matters to you on each trip. Then we show you, trip by trip, where an option genuinely serves you and where it falls short, and we guide you to the right decision over time. The goal isn’t to put you in a box. It’s to make sure every trip is matched to the option that actually fits it.

HOW FLY FORWARD WORKS · HOW WE DO IT DIFFERENTLY

How it works, in three numbers.

Every Fly Forward booking comes down to three numbers: the benchmark we measure against, what the trip actually costs in the market, and what you save against your prior jet card deficit.

1

Your benchmark

Your previous provider's rates, by aircraft category and tier, times the billable hours of your trip. A yardstick, not the price you pay.

2

The market buy

We source the same trip directly from FAA Part 135 operators. We extend our direct-from-operator pricing to you.

3

Your savings

When we buy below your benchmark, everything above our service fee comes directly off your invoice.

HOW THE GAP IS MEASURED

Against the Benchmark = Charter Subtotal + Disclosed Service Fee

Mechanical failure coverage, applicable federal excise tax and fees are not measured against the benchmark.

The difference between this and your benchmark is your savings.

Our service fee is capped at 10-15% of the charter subtotal, depending on your plan, and we will work for as little as $750 per booking. More on both plans on page 5. Because the fee is capped, the upside of a strong buy flows to you. We sacrifice our fee on a less successful buy. The better we buy, the more you save against the benchmark.

Fly Forward · how the split works

Move the buy price and watch each plan's gross profit

Pick the aircraft category and enter the billable hours to build the benchmark, then move the slider to set the buy price. Both plans split the spread in half until the plan's cap takes over, and the $750 minimum applies when the buy is at or near the benchmark.

TJM Schedule A benchmark rate, per hour, before tax

Rates shown are 2026 TJM Schedule A benchmark rates, in effect November 1 – December 31, 2026. They are scheduled to step up 10% on January 1, 2027, half of what they were scheduled to rise under your previous program on the same date. A yardstick, not the price you pay.

Illustrative. The buy price segment is shortened (break marks); everything to the right of the break is drawn to one scale. The slider runs from about 60% to 110% of the benchmark. Charter price before taxes and pass-through charges. Gross profit is half the spread, never less than $750 per booking and never more than the plan's cap.
